First and foremost, VRI is not a middleman. Legally, deed transfers between parties using outside services are done with the protection of the middleman (broker) in mind. However, between two parties the process can be done by either party as long as both agree to it. Since VRI is the recipient and becomes the actual new owner, we can do the processing ourselves, save time, money, and processing headaches and delays.
