Problems with Timeshare Exit Team

Problems with Timeshare Exit Team
(also known as 321exit)

It is clear, and stated by 321exit that it is part of Timeshare Exit Team. Because of this, all the following pertains to 321exit, too.

According to their website “Timeshare Exit Team works with more B2B exclusive timeshare transfer companies than any exit company in the country.” In other words, they have a network of other companies that don’t take the title, but can help spread the word that it’s available. Whatever the final outcome is is usually not your concern. All you want is out.

Will you get anything in the end. They say, “…it is incredibly rare for a consumer to recover any timeshare fees or payments.” Well then, what do they charge? They only say call them for a quote after they’ve gotten all your paperwork. However, other sites give some details. The Better Business Bureau published this. “Alert – Pattern of Complaint – On November 28, 2018, BBB recognized a pattern of complaints from consumers regarding contract, customer service, and guarantee or warranty issues.” As of Oct 24, 2019, Timeshare Exit Team has been sued for Racketeering by the Welk Resorts. At BuyaTimeshare.com they wrote that according to that same suit, “…Timeshare Exit Team charged fees of $5,000 and more for their services.” “…reviews on BBB and Yelp claim that Timeshare Exit Team asked for more fees above $1,000 after the cancellation process had already started…”. On Nov 27, 2019, the headline read, “Diamond Resorts Lawsuit Against Timeshare Exit Team Will Proceed”.

How long does it take? Quoted in their 100% money back guarantee, “…if Owner does not obtain the Services within three (3) years, Owner shall be eligible for a full refund…”. The problem with this is that you pay them instead of a third party escrow company to uphold the guarantee. You are not protected as safely as you can be.

Any big company will have negatives, but Timeshare Exit Team does succeed. On Oct. 17, 2019 Timeshare Exit Team announced they had helped “More than 19,000 People…” exit their timeshares.

There are other companies spending a lot of money on advertising to get your cash into their pockets. Check out these other major companies.

Decide what you will do AFTER you’ve researched the details of what will happen.

If you found this informative, please share it with others.
